How does performance-based pricing actually work?

We charge a $500 application writing fee per submission — this covers our research and writing time regardless of outcome. If you win, that fee is credited against the performance fee (10% of the grant amount). So if you win $10,000, you owe $500 already paid plus $500 more = $1,000 total. You keep $9,000.

What if I've never applied for a grant before?

That's exactly who we're built for. You don't need any prior experience. We guide you through everything — what documents you'll need, what the process looks like, and what to expect. Most of our clients are first-time applicants.

How long does the process take?

Discovery typically takes 1-2 weeks. Writing a completed application takes another 1-2 weeks. Grant decisions vary widely — anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months depending on the program. We manage the timeline and keep you updated throughout.

Do you guarantee I'll win?

No — and we'll never say that. Grant applications are competitive and the decision belongs to the funder. What we do guarantee is honest work: we'll tell you upfront if we think a grant is a long shot, and we won't waste your time on applications we don't believe in.
